1. Agreement

By creating an account on SolarIonix, you ("Customer") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, don't use the service. These Terms form a binding contract between you and SolarIonix.

2. The service

SolarIonix provides a software-as-a-service platform for solar installation businesses, including CRM with lead pipeline, project management, inventory with barcode scanning, GST invoicing with PDF generation, PM Surya Ghar tracking, reports and analytics, customer portal (public project status pages), push notifications, and a mobile field application. The service comprises a web dashboard at app.solarionix.com and a mobile app. Features may be added or changed over time.

3. Account & users

  • You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure.
  • You must provide accurate organisation and tax information (GSTIN, PAN, address).
  • Each "user" is a unique person; account sharing is not permitted.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use SolarIonix.

4. Subscription & billing

  • Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance.
  • All prices are in INR and exclusive of GST. A tax invoice is issued each billing cycle.
  • You may cancel at any time. No refunds for partial months unless required by law.
  • Failure to pay results in suspension after 7 days, and termination after 30 days.

5. Trial

The 14-day trial is free and requires no credit card. At the end of the trial, your account becomes read-only until you upgrade.

6. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • Use SolarIonix for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or scrape the service.
  • Upload malware, infringing content or content that violates the privacy of any third party.
  • Resell or sublicense the service without our written permission.

7. Your data

You retain all rights, title and interest in the data you upload to SolarIonix. We act only as a processor, with the rights and obligations described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time in CSV / JSON.

8. Service level

We target 99.5% uptime measured over a calendar month, excluding scheduled maintenance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under these Terms in any rolling 12-month period is capped at the amount you have paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits.

10. Termination

You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach of these Terms with 30 days' written notice (or immediately for violations of section 6).

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the city of our registered office.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 30 days in advance.
