Simple, transparent pricing.

1. Offer: The first 100 users who sign up and subscribe to the Starter plan receive a flat rate of ₹499/month (exclusive of 18% GST), locked for 3 years from the date of first paid subscription. The standard Starter plan price is ₹999/month.
2. First year — annual payment required: Early adopters must pay the first year upfront: ₹5,988/year (₹499 × 12 months). Monthly billing is not available for the first year. This ensures commitment from both sides.
3. After year one: From the second year onwards (within the 3-year lock period), you may continue on annual billing (₹5,988/year) or switch to monthly billing (₹499/month). The ₹499/mo rate stays locked for the remaining period.
4. Eligibility: Available to new accounts only. One subscription per organization. Applies to the Starter plan only — the Free Trial and Professional plan are not part of this offer.
5. 3-year price lock: Once you subscribe at ₹499/month, your rate is locked for 3 years from the date of your first paid subscription. It will not increase during this period, regardless of future price changes to the Starter plan.
6. After 3 years: When the 3-year lock period ends, your subscription moves to the then-current Starter plan pricing. We will notify you at least 60 days before the lock period expires.
7. Continuous subscription: The locked price remains valid only while your subscription is active and within the 3-year lock period. If you cancel and resubscribe later, the offer rate is only honoured if early adopter spots are still available and the original 3-year window has not expired.
8. Refund policy: If you cancel within the first 30 days of your annual subscription, you receive a full refund minus one month of usage (₹499). After 30 days, the annual payment is non-refundable.
9. Plan changes: If you upgrade to Professional, the early adopter discount does not carry over. If you later downgrade back to Starter within the 3-year lock period, the ₹499/mo rate is restored only if your original early adopter subscription was never fully cancelled.
10. Seat limit: The Starter plan includes up to 3 users. This does not change under the early adopter offer.
11. Counting the 100: We count the first 100 organizations that complete their first paid annual Starter subscription (free trial conversions that pay the annual fee count). Spots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
12. Transparency: We will display the number of remaining early adopter spots on the signup page. Once all 100 spots are claimed, the offer ends automatically.
13. No other restrictions: Early adopters receive the same Starter plan features as any other Starter subscriber. No feature limitations, no hidden conditions.

Last updated: 12 April 2026. SolarIonix reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days written notice to affected subscribers. Any modification will not retroactively change the locked price for existing early adopter subscribers during their 3-year lock period.
